Where does Decathlon Singapore ship to?
Decathlon Singapore (www.decathlon.sg) only ships to addresses within Singapore.
Please make sure you are placing the order from the correct website and indicate a valid delivery address.
At Decathlon.sg we offer three types of delivery for online orders:

How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation. The tracking number will be provided in the email for you to track your package.
For Singpost orders, you may refer to this guide to track your parcel.
For Ninjavan oders, you may refer to your Decathlon account for the tracking number of the order and track your parcel via Ninjavan tracking site.
If you are unable to locate the tracking number, feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to assist you!

|Your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office or pop station.|
You can check the location of the post office/pop station via the tracking number that was provided in the email notification when your order was shipped out from our warehouse.
You may refer to this guide to track your parcel.
Any parcel uncollected after 7 days will be returned back to us and the order will be refunded back to your original mode of payment.
Please take note that refunds take 14 to 20 working days to process.
|Your parcel will be scheduled for a re-delivery and Ninjavan will contact you to arrange the re-delivery.|
What items are considered as heavy?

Orders with bulky item(s) will be shipped via a third party courier company, lalamove.
The scheduled delivery time for such orders is within 5 working days between 10am to 6pm.
Our customer experience officers will contact you once you parcel is ready to be ship out to confirm the date of delivery.
What do different order statuses mean?
|Payment accepted||Placed order successfully. You should receive this confirmation within minutes after placing your order.|
|Preparation in progress||Our logistics team are busy packing your order.|
|Shipped||Your order has been shipped from our warehouse and is on the way to you.|
|Ready for collection||Your order is now ready for collection at whichever store location you chose.|
|Collected||You have collected your order.|
