RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Decathlon, we understand that finding something that fits isn't always simple, which is why we want to make your shopping experience with us easy and fuss-free!

For Decathlon members, you can return or exchange your *purchases anytime, at any of our Decathlon stores. 

As for non-members, you can enjoy this friendly policy by becoming a Decathlon member for free. Sign up NOW.

Kindly ensure the product has to be brand new, unused with the tags attached as well. You can be a Decathlon member by registering an account on our website.

For online return/exchange, simply follow the instructions under ‘online purchases’ on this page to obtain the return label.

*Terms & Conditions:

  • Safety products such as helmets, protection pads, ropes, harnesses cannot be returned.
  • Perishable goods such as food or drinks cannot be returned for exchange or refund
We are unable to refund or exchange items that do not meet these criteria. For payment related issues or missing items, please contact our friendly customer service staff for assistance.

In store purchase

IN STORE PURCHASES

Returns for store purchases can only be returned back to the store.
Bring along receipt and the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest Decathlon store.

REFUND

Once we have received the return item(s), we will process a full refund on the spot.
Refunds will be in the same payment mode. For card payments, please bring along the same card you purchased the item(s) with.

EXCHANGE

Pick your desired item(s) for the exchange in the store, and proceed to the welcome desk to proceed with the exchange.
Take note that exchange is only applicable to items of the same value or more, customers are required to top up any price difference.


Online purchases

ONLINE PURCHASES

For orders purchased online, returns within 30 days from date of purchase is free! Simply follow the instructions below to obtain the return label.
For returns after 30days from the date of purchase, kindly contact us

Step 1: Indicate Return Online

  • 1. Login to Decathlon Account.
  • 2. Click on ‘My Account’.
  • 3. Click on ‘My Purchases’ followed by 'Online Purchases'.
  • 4. Select the relevant order.
  • 5. Tick item(s) you want to return.
  • 6. Indicate reason for the return.
  • 7. Click ‘Make an RMA Slip’.

Step 2: Return the item(s)

a) Return by post (only valid for home delivery orders, not Click and Collect)
Only refund is available for returns by post, not exchange.
Your return will be the same courier you selected during your purchase.

If you have opted for SAME DAY / TIME SLOT delivery:
1.Kindly contact us and we will generate the return slip for you. Kindly note that Ninja Van returns has to be collected at the delivery address by the courier at selected time slot.
2.Kindly provide us the date and timeslot you would like the courier to pick up the item. (The earliest date would be the day after we generate the return label) The timings are 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm.
3.Print out the label and paste it on the return parcel. Don't worry, you don't have to pay for any shipping fees!

If you have opted for ECONOMY delivery:
1. A return label has been included in your parcel.
2. Attach the return label to your package and you may return the parcel to any Post Office or POPStation. Don't worry, you don't have to pay for any shipping fees!

If you have opted for VOLUMINOUS delivery:
1. Kindly contact us and we will schedule the pick up from your delivery address.

b) Return in store
Refund and exchange is available for returns in stores.
Bring along invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest Decathlon store.

1. Refund: Once we have received the return item(s), we will process your refund back to the order’s mode of payment. (i.e. If paid via paypal, refund will be back to paypal account).
Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be processed back to your card. We trigger your refund within 24 hours, while , it may take 2 to 9 days for your bank to credit your account.

2. Exchange: Pick your desired item(s) for the exchange in the store, and proceed to the welcome desk to proceed with the exchange.
Take note that exchange is only applicable to items of the same value or more, customers are required to top up any price difference.
