What's the difference between 100-900 numbered products?

Most of our products follow a specific naming rule. Usually our product name are coupled with 100, 200, 300, 500, 700, 900. The bigger the number, the higher the level of technicality.

Can I check the stock availability of a product?

We are sorry to inform you that in-store product availability will not be able to be checked via our website. However, our 2-Hour Click & Collect service remains open to your disposal for non-bulky purchases (i.e. apparel, accessories etc) - simply shop now on decathlon.sg and collect your order from your preferred store in 2 hours.

For bulky purchases (i.e. bikes, machines), you will be able to test them out at any of our experience stores. Please note that all adult bikes and machines can only be purchased online.

How will I know if a product is back in stock?

We are so sorry that the item(s) you're looking for is out of stock. We are working hard on getting them back as soon as possible.

If the product has a red tag labelled 'END OF LINE', it means that this product has reached its shelf life and won't be back in stock again.

Please also note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, our ability to produce quantities for bulky items like fitness machines and bicycles have been heavily impacted. Therefore, we are unable to provide exact restock dates. For more info, read here.

In the meantime, we would recommend browsing other products to find something similar – we have over 5,000 products to choose from! 😉

Can I reserve products?

To be fair to all our users, we are unable to reserve any items. However, we highly encourage you to enjoy our 2 hours Click and Collect service: you purchase your preferred item online and choose to collect it at your preferred store in 2 hours!

This way you are definitely able to secure your preferred item. This is a free service, eligible to return & exchange and there is no minimum purchase required!

Does my product comes with warranty?

Most of our products comes with a 2 year warranty except for safety equipment. You may view this information on each product page under 'Technical Information'.

Can I transfer an item from one store to another?

Unfortunately we do not transfer stock. 

We highly encourage you to enjoy our 2 hours Click and Collect service: you purchase your preferred item online and choose to collect it at your preferred store in 2 hours!

This is a free service, eligible to return & exchange and there is no minimum purchase required.

Can I buy bikes or fitness machines with a gift card?

Please take note our gift cards can only be used in-store and cannot be accepted for the purchase on bulky items (eg: bikes, fitness machines, table tennis tables and basketball systems).

What is the right bicycle size for me?

Thank you for your interest in our bike.

You may refer to the individual size charts available on our bike products. 

However, the best is to come down to our experience store and try out the bikes as different users will prefer different settings for their own personal comfort.

Our  Singapore Lab, Bedok, Joon Koon and Northshore outlets has the full range of bikes on display for you to try. Our friendly sports advisors will be happy to give you the best advice based on what you need.

Where can I try or buy your bikes?

To see our full range of adult bikes, come down to our Singapore Lab, Bedok, Joo Koon and Northshore stores!

All bikes can only be purchased online. You can collect your bike directly from any experience store of your choice for FREE by clicking on the option 'Click & Collect'. Alternatively, you can enjoy home delivery at $20 for adult bikes by choosing clicking on the option 'Day Slot Delivery'.

For children's bikes, come down to any one of our experience stores to take one for a spin.

All children's bikes can be purchased at any of our experience stores or online.

You can collect your bike directly from any experience store of your choice for FREE by clicking on the option 'Click & Collect'. Alternatively, you can enjoy home delivery at $10 for kids bikes by choosing clicking on the option 'Day Slot Delivery'.

What is your shipping policy for bikes?

You can collect your bike at any Experience store of your choice for FREE by clicking on the option 'Click & Collect'*. Alternatively, you can enjoy home delivery at $20 for adult bikes and $10 for kids' bikes by clicking on the option 'Day Slot Delivery'**. 

Please note that if you purchase an adult AND a kid's bike, the delivery fee will remain at $20. 

*For Click & Collect: Collect your bike directly from any preferred Experience store within 3 days of your order.

**For Dayslot Delivery: Get your bike delivered to your home within 2 to 4 days depending on the availability.

Which benefits do members get when purchasing a bike?

Thank you for your interest in our bikes.

Exclusive to our members

We have a free safety service within 3 months from the date of bike purchase.

The purpose of the safety service is to re-tune your gears, readjust your brakes and make sure that your bike is working as well as how it was when you first rode it.

We do not do cleaning service of the bicycle parts during the safety service.

So members, remember to get your bikes back to our experience store for a free safety service!

What is the warranty for your bikes?

All our bikes come with a lifetime warranty for the frame & rigid fork. For bikes that are using carbon frames & forks comes with a 5 year warranty.

In addition there is a 2 year warranty on the moving parts of the bike: mainly the shifter, brake levers, crank, cassette, rear derailleur, front derailleur and chain.

Please take note that the warranty is only applicable if you are a Decathlon member and it only covers the manufacturing defects.

Crash damage and rust will not be covered under warranty as only manufacturing defects are covered.

Wear and tear mainly from the tyres, tubes & brake pads are not covered in our warranty too.

Are all baby and kids seats rear mounted on the bike?

Thank you for the interest in our bikes and accessories! All our baby & kids seats are rear mounted. 

Do note, that for some baby seat models, our 500 Onesecondclip Pannier rack has to be mounted on the bike, before the installation of the baby seat.

Does my bike comes with accessories?

Thank you for the interest in our bikes. All our bikes come with a front and rear reflector as well as a bell.

Our  city bikes comes with a rear rack as well as a side stand.

If you need more assistance in purchasing accessories for your bikes, you may head down to any of our experience stores and talk to any of our friendly sports advisors from the Cycling department.

Can I return my bike?

Yes, you are definitely able to return your bike as long as the product are in brand new and/or resellable condition. 

Kindly provide the following information for our bike experts to assess the situation by chatting with a teammate:

a. Detailed problem description of the failed product

b. Number of failures and dates that said failures had occurred

c. Pictures of the product

d. Whether the product packaging and manual are still intact

Please note:

Return of bikes can be done at all experience stores (free) or via home pick up (chargeable, excluded defective bike).

All bikes will be assessed by our Workshop Expert and the expert do have the right to reject the bike if the condition do not match our inspection checks.

The refund will only be processed once our bike experts received the bike and completed their inspection.

What are the Bicycle services?

We are glad to offer our bike services exclusively to our Decathlon members!

Bicycle & scooter services are only done in Decathlon experience stores except for City Square Mall.

We only service and prioritize Decathlon bikes Workshop operating hours 12pm - 6pm daily.

For detailed bike servicing (20mins or more) please book an appointment before heading down to our stores.

Can I buy a fitness machine in store?

Thank you for your interest in our fitness machines! We don't sell fitness machines directly in store. However, you will be able to purchase them online.

How long will it take to ship my fitness machine?

The delivery is included in your purchase. Our fitness machine orders will be ready for shipping in 2 days. Details of dayslots: 9am - 10pm.

What is the horse power of the treadmill?

Do you have floor mat for the fitness machine?

Yes, we do! Floor mats are to protect your flooring from scratches & at the same time to ensure the floor is not too slippery.

The model code for the floor mats are: 8338394 & 8224362.

How do I maintain the fitness machines?

Always wipe down the machine with a semi wet cloth (more dry than wet), after each workout. Avoid placing product in direct sunlight or outdoor.

If you are looking for help to maintain the your machines, we have a good news for you. Our Domyos care now offer maintenance services with a very affordable price. 

Is there a trade in policy for decathlon?

Thank you for your interest in our fitness machines.  Unfortunately, we do not do trade policy in place at the moment.

Where are the fitness machines manufactured and the warranty period?

Our fitness machines are European designed and manufactured in China. 

Most of our fitness machines comes with a 2-year warranty. Our treadmill has a warranty for 2 years for motor, parts and labour and for lifetime for the frame. You may find these details on our product page under 'Technical information'.

What is click & collect stores?

With our Click & Collect stores, we offer you a convenient mix of products to cover your last minute needs. From swimming goggles to hiking hats and football balls.

Despite being a small store, we strive to give you access to the FULL range of DECATHLON 5000 products, apart from bikes/treadmills and bulky items, covering 60 sports, ready to be picked up within just 2 hours only.

We currently offer two delivery options: Click&Collect and Home Delivery.

1) Click & Collect: This is a free service, so no minimum purchase is required.

Please note that it does not include fitness machines and items weighing more than 20kg.

Cancellation of delivery will not be possible for successful transactions.

2) Home delivery, also called Dayslot, please see below the shipping cost:

2 Hour Home Delivery: $20 Available for orders placed between 10am to 8pm.

Orders made after 7.30pm will be able to be collected the following day from 12pm onwards.

Yes! Definitely you are able to enjoy our Click & Collect service in any of our stores in Singapore.

What are your exchange & return policies?

At Decathlon, members can return their products anytime and anywhere as long as the Decathlon Product is in a new and/or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

Please head over to any of our Decathlon stores and visit a teammate at our welcome desks – they will happily assist you with your return request.

If you wish to visit a Click & Collect store for the exchange, we would advise you to order the new item online and select "2-hour Click & Collect". Select the store that you are planning to return your item at, so that both your return and collection of new product can be facilitated in the same visit.

We are unable to process a Refund or an Exchange for the following Decathlon Products:

  • Products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose/unmaintained/not returned in a resellable condition;
  • Products subject to normal wear and tear;
  • Products that are perishables such as food/drinks;
  • Products that have been personalised such as clothing/bags/etc; and
  • • If there is no proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Bikes - can be returned at Experience stores or via home pick up (chargeable)
  • Kids' bikes - can be returned at Experience stores

Can I return/exchange my product if I'm not a member?

Absolutely! As long as you have kept your purchase receipt and the Decathlon product complies with our Exchange & Return policy, you will be able to sign up for a membership and make my returns then.

Can I return or exchange any type of products in any Click & Collect stores?

If you wish to exchange your product with a new one at any of our Click & Collect stores, it is recommended to purchase your new product online before heading to the store to collect/exchange it with your old product and get your refund.

Please note Click & Collect stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges of bulky items such as bicycles, fitness machines etc. due to space constraints. However, bikes can still be returned to our Experience stores, and all fitness machines can be returned via pick-up (chargeable). Please chat with one of our teammate at the bottom of the page, where we will happily arrange for our carriers to pick up your fitness machine from your doorstep.

Can I return all types of products at Experience stores?

You can return all types of products, except fitness machines.

Only home pick-ups are available for return of fitness machines.

Additionally, please note:

Adult bikes can only be returned in experience store (not exchanged) and a new purchase has to be done online.

Is there a time limit to exchange or return my Decathlon product?

Satisfying customers is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, there will be no time limitation on your refund and exchange policy, so long as you are a Decathlon Member.

As a Decathlon Member, you are entitled to an Exchange or Refund of your Decathlon product with no time limitation, as long as the Decathlon Product is in a new and/or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

However, in keeping with our green and sustainable standards, we would appreciate that you exercise this members' exclusive perk with utmost discretion!

Can I make an exchange or return without my receipt?

As long as you’re a Decathlon member, you do not need a receipt for your returns or exchanges as we will be able to retrieve your purchases through your online account.

However, if you are not a member, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges if there is no proof of purchase. We are sorry about the inconvenience.

For your future purchases, we would highly encourage you to become a Decathlon member. It is free and you will no longer need to keep your receipt as they will be all into your account. We hope you will join our Decathlon family!

Can I exchange or return a second life product?

As a Decathlon Member, you are entitled to get a refund on your Decathlon second life product as long as all product tags remain intact. Any second life product can only be refunded at the reduced amount it was purchased at. 

Please note that there will be no exchanges for second life products. 

Currently, sales of second life products are only available at Decathlon Singapore Lab and Joo Koon.

Do you accept international exchange and returns?

We do accept return and exchange for our Decathlon product purchased outside Singapore as long as we carry the product locally and the condition is in a new and / or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

Before proceed, we will need you to become a Decathlon Singapore member so that the exchange will be captured in our system here. 

Do note that the returned item will be subjected to our local pricing.

What happens to Decathlon products which are returned for a refund or an exchange?

It depends on the type of product returned.If the product is in ORIGINAL condition and FREE of defects, it will be made available for other customers to purchase. However, if the products are of safety or hygiene (helmets, underwear, etc) in nature, rest assured that such returned items will not be reshelved.

I am a Decathlon member from another country but not a Decathlon Singapore member. I want to exchange a Decathlon product purchased in another country. Am I able to do so?

We accept exchanges for Decathlon products purchased in Decathlon stores outside Singapore. However, we are unable to process refunds for this, and therefore can only allow exchanges for products of similar value or lower. If you wish to exchange your product for another one of a higher value, you will have to top up the difference.

Before proceeding, we will need you to become a Decathlon Singapore member so that the exchange will be captured in our system here.

What are the different payment methods for a refund?
  • If you previously purchased your item via NETS, the amount will be refunded via giftcard.

  • If you previously purchased your item via debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded back to the same card. 

Please remember to bring the credit card you had used for the purchase so we can proceed with the refund.

Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund can take up 5 -10 business days to show up in your bank account. Kindly check with your bank after 10 working days. If the refund still has not been processed, do not hesitate to contact us. 

  • If you previously purchased your item via cash, for purchases above $10, refunds for cash payments will be transacted via gift cards. For purchases below $10, refunds will be transacted via cash.

  • If you previously purchased your item via Apple/Grab pay, we will not be able to refund the points, but we will refund the total amount of the product via giftcard or credit card for GrabPay (Mastercard).
How long will the refund of my store / online purchase take to be processed?

Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund can take up 5 -10 business days to show up in your bank account. Kindly check with your bank after 10 working days. If the refund still has not been processed, do not hesitate to contact us.

The Decathlon Product I want to return is now being sold at a sale price. Will I be refunded the sale price?

You will be refunded the amount that you originally paid for the product. To return, the product must be in a new and / or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

What if my credit/debit card is expired or lost?

We will refund the amount to another card under your name or if you prefer, we can issue you our gift card with the value of your refund.

What are the benefits of a member?

We are glad to offer our restringing services exclusively to our Decathlon members!

Restringing services are only processed in our experience stores, except Orchard.

Do you have personalisation services?

Thank you for your interest in our personalisation service! We only personalise Decathlon products and personlisation is only done at our experience stores: Decathlon Joo Koon, Bedok and Northshore.

Pricing varies according to size & colours.

For mono colour on textile, the price will range from $6 to $10.

For multi colour on textile, the price will range from $8 to $15.

Personalization time will depend on the volume of printing requests. Please note that the price of your item(s) will not be included in the printing price.

Our workshop will not be liable for any damages to goods printed, repaired or serviced that is not a product of Decathlon. Processing time for printing services is 1 - 3 weeks.

How long are gift cards valid?

Gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Can I choose/change the value of Decathlon Gift Card after purchasing it?

You may choose a value between SGD10 to SGD250. However, the value of the gift card cannot be changed after purchased.

Are there any fees associated with the Decathlon Gift Card?

There are no additional fees. You will only be charged the value you choose.

Where can I use Decathlon Gift Card?

You can use a gift card at any Decathlon store in Singapore, including our Click & Collect stores! Currently, our gift cards can only be used in-store and cannot be accepted for the purchase on bulky items (eg: bikes, fitness machines, table tennis tables and basketball systems).

You are more than welcome to use your gift cards in as many different Decathlon stores in Singapore as long as there's credit on it!

Can I check my gift card balance?

Yes, you will be to check the balance of your gift card HERE.

Will I be able to return goods purchase via gift card?

Yes. If you return an item purchased with a Decathlon Gift Card, your refund amount will be credited back to another gift card.

Can I make partial redemption with the Decathlon Gift Card?

Can I top up an existing gift card?

What is the right bicycle size for me?

Thank you for your interest in our bike.

You may refer to the individual size charts available on our bike products. 

However, the best is to come down to our experience store and try out the bikes as different users will prefer different settings for their own personal comfort.

Our  Singapore Lab, Bedok, Joon Koon and Northshore outlets has the full range of bikes on display for you to try. Our friendly sports advisors will be happy to give you the best advice based on what you need.

Where can I try or buy your bikes?

To see our full range of adult bikes, come down to our Singapore Lab, Bedok, Joo Koon and Northshore stores!

All bikes can only be purchased online. You can collect your bike directly from any experience store of your choice for FREE by clicking on the option 'Click & Collect'. Alternatively, you can enjoy home delivery at $20 for adult bikes by choosing clicking on the option 'Day Slot Delivery'.

For children's bikes, come down to any one of our experience stores to take one for a spin.

All children's bikes can be purchased at any of our experience stores or online.

What is your shipping policy for bikes?

Which benefits do members get when purchasing a bike?

Exclusive to our members

We have a free safety service within 3 months from the date of bike purchase.

The purpose of the safety service is to re-tune your gears, readjust your brakes and make sure that your bike is working as well as how it was when you first rode it.

We do not do cleaning service of the bicycle parts during the safety service.

So members, remember to get your bikes back to our experience store for a free safety service!

What is the warranty for your bikes?

All our bikes come with a lifetime warranty for the frame & rigid fork. For bikes that are using carbon frames & forks comes with a 5 year warranty.

In addition there is a 2 year warranty on the moving parts of the bike: mainly the shifter, brake levers, crank, cassette, rear derailleur, front derailleur and chain.

Please take note that the warranty is only applicable if you are a Decathlon member and it only covers the manufacturing defects.

Crash damage and rust will not be covered under warranty as only manufacturing defects are covered.

Wear and tear mainly from the tyres, tubes & brake pads are not covered in our warranty too.

Are all baby and kids seats rear mounted on the bike?

Thank you for the interest in our bikes and accessories! All our baby & kids seats are rear mounted. 

Do note, that for some baby seat models, our 500 Onesecondclip Pannier rack has to be mounted on the bike, before the installation of the baby seat.

Does my bike comes with accessories?

Thank you for the interest in our bikes. All our bikes come with a front and rear reflector as well as a bell.

Our  city bikes comes with a rear rack as well as a side stand.

If you need more assistance in purchasing accessories for your bikes, you may head down to any of our experience stores and talk to any of our friendly sports advisors from the Cycling department.

Can I return my bike?

Yes, you are definitely able to return your bike as long as the product are in brand new and/or resellable condition. 

Kindly provide the following information for our bike experts to assess the situation by chatting with a teammate:

a. Detailed problem description of the failed product

b. Number of failures and dates that said failures had occurred

c. Pictures of the product

d. Whether the product packaging and manual are still intact

Please note:

Return of bikes can be done at all experience stores (free) or via home pick up (chargeable, excluded defective bike).

All bikes will be assessed by our Workshop Expert and the expert do have the right to reject the bike if the condition do not match our inspection checks.

The refund will only be processed once our bike experts received the bike and completed their inspection.

Thank you for your interest in our fitness machines! We don't sell fitness machines directly in store. However, you will be able to purchase them online.

Do you have floor mat for the fitness machine?

Yes, we do! Floor mats are to protect your flooring from scratches & at the same time to ensure the floor is not too slippery.

The model code for the floor mats are: 8338394 & 8224362.

How do I maintain the fitness machines?

Always wipe down the machine with a semi wet cloth (more dry than wet), after each workout. Avoid placing product in direct sunlight or outdoor.

If you are looking for help to maintain the your machines, we have a good news for you. Our Domyos care now offer maintenance services with a very affordable price. 

Is there a trade in policy for decathlon?

Thank you for your interest in our fitness machines.  Unfortunately, we do not do trade policy in place at the moment.

Where are the fitness machines manufactured and the warranty period?

Our fitness machines are European designed and manufactured in China. 

Most of our fitness machines comes with a 2-year warranty. Our treadmill has a warranty for 2 years for motor, parts and labour and for lifetime for the frame. You may find these details on our product page under 'Technical information'.

1) Click & Collect: This is a free service, so no minimum purchase is required.

2) Home delivery, also called Dayslot, please see below the shipping cost:

2 Hour Home Delivery: $20 Available for orders placed between 10am to 8pm.

What is Click & Collect?

We are glad to share this amazing service with you! You shop your preferred item online and choose to collect it at your preferred store in 2 hours island-wide.

This is a free service and without any minimum purchase! Last order to be made by 7:30 pm in order to be able to collect it in 2 hours. 
Orders made after 7.30pm will be able to be collected the following day from 12pm onwards.

Your order(s) will be kept at our stores for 3 days, after which failure to do so will result in a refund of your order

Our 2 hour Click & Collect are for non bulky items only

• Order cannot exceed 20kg

• Product cannot exceed 70 x 50 x 50cm dimension

• Not available for bikes and bulky products (Machines, treadmills, trampolines, etc.).

Can I do click & collect in all stores?

Yes! Definitely you are able to enjoy our Click & Collect service in any of our stores in Singapore.

What are your exchange & return policies?

At Decathlon, members can return their products anytime and anywhere as long as the Decathlon Product is in a new and/or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

Please head over to any of our Decathlon stores and visit a teammate at our welcome desks – they will happily assist you with your return request.

If you wish to visit a Click & Collect store for the exchange, we would advise you to order the new item online and select "2-hour Click & Collect". Select the store that you are planning to return your item at, so that both your return and collection of new product can be facilitated in the same visit.

We are unable to process a Refund or an Exchange for the following Decathlon Products:

  • Products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose/unmaintained/not returned in a resellable condition;
  • Products subject to normal wear and tear;
  • Products that are perishables such as food/drinks;
  • Products that have been personalised such as clothing/bags/etc; and
  • • If there is no proof of purchase.

  • Bikes - can be returned at Experience stores or via home pick up (chargeable)
  • Kids' bikes - can be returned at Experience stores 
  • Fitness machines - can returned via home pick up (chargeable)

Can I return/exchange my product if I'm not a member?

Absolutely! As long as you have kept your purchase receipt and the Decathlon product complies with our Exchange & Return policy, you will be able to sign up for a membership and make my returns then.

Can I return or exchange any type of products in any Click & Collect stores?

If you wish to exchange your product with a new one at any of our Click & Collect stores, it is recommended to purchase your new product online before heading to the store to collect/exchange it with your old product and get your refund.

Please note Click & Collect stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges of bulky items such as bicycles, fitness machines etc. due to space constraints. However, bikes can still be returned to our Experience stores, and all fitness machines can be returned via pick-up (chargeable). Please chat with one of our teammate at the bottom of the page, where we will happily arrange for our carriers to pick up your fitness machine from your doorstep.

Can I return all types of products at Experience stores?

You can return all types of products, except fitness machines.

Only home pick-ups are available for return of fitness machines.

Additionally, please note:

Adult bikes can only be returned in experience store (not exchanged) and a new purchase has to be done online.

Is there a time limit to exchange or return my Decathlon product?

Satisfying customers is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, there will be no time limitation on your refund and exchange policy, so long as you are a Decathlon Member.

As a Decathlon Member, you are entitled to an Exchange or Refund of your Decathlon product with no time limitation, as long as the Decathlon Product is in a new and/or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

However, in keeping with our green and sustainable standards, we would appreciate that you exercise this members' exclusive perk with utmost discretion!

Can I make an exchange or return without my receipt?

As long as you’re a Decathlon member, you do not need a receipt for your returns or exchanges as we will be able to retrieve your purchases through your online account.

However, if you are not a member, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges if there is no proof of purchase. We are sorry about the inconvenience.

For your future purchases, we would highly encourage you to become a Decathlon member. It is free and you will no longer need to keep your receipt as they will be all into your account. We hope you will join our Decathlon family!

Can I exchange or return a second life product?

As a Decathlon Member, you are entitled to get a refund on your Decathlon second life product as long as all product tags remain intact. Any second life product can only be refunded at the reduced amount it was purchased at. 

Please note that there will be no exchanges for second life products. 

Currently, sales of second life products are only available at Decathlon Singapore Lab and Joo Koon.

Do you accept international exchange and returns?

We do accept return and exchange for our Decathlon product purchased outside Singapore as long as we carry the product locally and the condition is in a new and / or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

Before proceed, we will need you to become a Decathlon Singapore member so that the exchange will be captured in our system here. 

Do note that the returned item will be subjected to our local pricing.

What happens to Decathlon products which are returned for a refund or an exchange?

It depends on the type of product returned.If the product is in ORIGINAL condition and FREE of defects, it will be made available for other customers to purchase. However, if the products are of safety or hygiene (helmets, underwear, etc) in nature, rest assured that such returned items will not be reshelved.

I am a Decathlon member from another country but not a Decathlon Singapore member. I want to exchange a Decathlon product purchased in another country. Am I able to do so?

We accept exchanges for Decathlon products purchased in Decathlon stores outside Singapore. However, we are unable to process refunds for this, and therefore can only allow exchanges for products of similar value or lower. If you wish to exchange your product for another one of a higher value, you will have to top up the difference.

Before proceeding, we will need you to become a Decathlon Singapore member so that the exchange will be captured in our system here.

What are the different payment methods for a refund?
  • If you previously purchased your item via NETS, the amount will be refunded via giftcard.

  • If you previously purchased your item via debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded back to the same card. 

Please remember to bring the credit card you had used for the purchase so we can proceed with the refund.

Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund can take up 5 -10 business days to show up in your bank account. Kindly check with your bank after 10 working days. If the refund still has not been processed, do not hesitate to contact us. 

  • If you previously purchased your item via cash, for purchases above $10, refunds for cash payments will be transacted via gift cards. For purchases below $10, refunds will be transacted via cash.

  • If you previously purchased your item via Apple/Grab pay, we will not be able to refund the points, but we will refund the total amount of the product via giftcard or credit card for GrabPay (Mastercard).
How long will the refund of my store / online purchase take to be processed?

Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund can take up 5 -10 business days to show up in your bank account. Kindly check with your bank after 10 working days. If the refund still has not been processed, do not hesitate to contact us.

The Decathlon Product I want to return is now being sold at a sale price. Will I be refunded the sale price?

You will be refunded the amount that you originally paid for the product. To return, the product must be in a new and / or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

What if my credit/debit card is expired or lost?

We will refund the amount to another card under your name or if you prefer, we can issue you our gift card with the value of your refund.

No, you can use any preferred login option, as long as your email address is the same as the previous one used with Decathlon.

We are glad to offer our restringing services exclusively to our Decathlon members!

Restringing services are only processed in our experience stores, except Orchard.

Do you have personalisation services?

Thank you for your interest in our personalisation service! We only personalise Decathlon products and personlisation is only done at our experience stores: Decathlon Joo Koon, Bedok and Northshore.

Pricing varies according to size & colours.

For mono colour on textile, the price will range from $6 to $10.

For multi colour on textile, the price will range from $8 to $15.

Personalization time will depend on the volume of printing requests. Please note that the price of your item(s) will not be included in the printing price.

Our workshop will not be liable for any damages to goods printed, repaired or serviced that is not a product of Decathlon. Processing time for printing services is 1 - 3 weeks.

How long are gift cards valid?

Gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Can I choose/change the value of Decathlon Gift Card after purchasing it?

You may choose a value between SGD10 to SGD250. However, the value of the gift card cannot be changed after purchased.

Are there any fees associated with the Decathlon Gift Card?

There are no additional fees. You will only be charged the value you choose.

Where can I use Decathlon Gift Card?

You can use a gift card at any Decathlon store in Singapore, including our Click & Collect stores! Currently, our gift cards can only be used in-store and cannot be accepted for the purchase on bulky items (eg: bikes, fitness machines, table tennis tables and basketball systems).

You are more than welcome to use your gift cards in as many different Decathlon stores in Singapore as long as there's credit on it!

Can I check my gift card balance?

Will I be able to return goods purchase via gift card?

Yes. If you return an item purchased with a Decathlon Gift Card, your refund amount will be credited back to another gift card.

Can I make partial redemption with the Decathlon Gift Card?

Can I top up an existing gift card?

Can I make bulk or corporate purchases?
