Where does Decathlon Singapore ship to?
Decathlon Singapore (www.decathlon.sg) only ships to addresses within Singapore.
For Malaysia addresses, please order from Decathlon Malaysia (www.decathlon.my)
For Indonesia and Philippines addresses, please order from Decathlon Asia (www.decathlon.asia)

Please make sure you are placing the order from the correct website and indicate a valid delivery address.

How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation. The tracking number will be provided in the email for you to track your package.

For Singpost orders, you may refer to this guide to track your parcel.
For Ninjavan oders, you may refer to your Decathlon account for the tracking number of the order and track your parcel via Ninjavan tracking site.

If you are unable to locate the tracking number, feel free to contact us at support-singapore@decathlon.com and we will be more than happy to assist you!

SELF COLLECTION

Self collection can be done at either of our stores in Singapore:

When can I collect my order?
If you have placed your order before midnight, you may collect your order 2 days (excluding public holiday) later.
Please wait to receive a notification email to inform you that your parcel is ready for collection before heading down to the self collection points.

What do I need to produce to collect my order?
Present the notification email upon the collection of your parcel.
The notification email will state your order number and that your parcel is ready for collection.

Can someone else collect my parcel on my behalf?
Yes, as long as the notification email for the order is presented upon collection.
The notification email will state your order number and that your parcel is ready for collection.

How long will my parcel be kept at the self-collection point?
Your parcel will be kept for 7 days at the self-collection point. Should you wish to collect your parcel at a later date, please drop us an email at support-singapore@decathlon.com .

Any parcel uncollected after 30 days will be returned to us. The order will be refunded back to your original mode of payment.
Please take note that refunds take 14 to 20 working days to process.

Are there any restrictions regarding packages size?
Yes, orders with bulky items such as treadmill and punch bag are not available for self collection.
The self collection option will not be made available during checkout for such orders.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS A FAILED DELIVERY?

Your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office or pop station.
You can check the location of the post office/pop station via the tracking number that was provided in the email notification when your order was shipped out from our warehouse.

You may refer to this guide to track your parcel.

Any parcel uncollected after 7 days will be returned back to us and the order will be refunded back to your original mode of payment.
Please take note that refunds take 14 to 20 working days to process.
Your parcel will be scheduled for a re-delivery and Ninjavan will contact you to arrange the re-delivery.

Order with heavy Item(s)

What items are considered as heavy?
Items include but not limit to:

  1. Fitness equipment
  2. Basket ball hoop
  3. Table tennis table
  4. Selected punching bag
  5. Items with cumulative weight that is more than 30 Kg

How will this item(s) be shipped to me and what is the estimated delivery time?
Orders with bulky item(s) will be shipped via a third party courier company, lalamove.
The scheduled delivery time for such orders is within 5 working days between 10am to 6pm.
Our customer experience officers will contact you once you parcel is ready to be ship out to confirm the date of delivery.

What do different order statuses mean?
