30 days / 365 days return

At Decathlon, we understand that finding something that fits isn't always simple, which is why we want to make your shopping experience with us easy and fuss-free!

Thanks to our friendly return policy, you can return any product that do not fit you within 30 days(non- Decathlon member) and 365 days (Decathlon member)* from the date of purchase.
You can be a Decathlon member by registering an account on our website.

*For online delivery orders, first return within 30 days from date of purchase is free! Simply follow the instructions under ‘online orders’ on this page to obtain the return label.

Terms & Conditions:

1Items must be in their original packaging unused, unassembled and with labels intact.
2Last piece, last price promotion items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3Hygiene products and swimwear cannot be exchanged or refund. Kindly try the items in store and ensure you have purchased correct sizes.
4Safety products such as helmets, protection pads, rope, carbiners, quickdraw and harnesses cannot be exchanged or refunded.


We are unable to refund or exchange items that do not meet these criteria. For payment related issues or missing items, please contact our friendly customer service staff for assistance.

IN-STORE PURCHASE

Returns for store purchases can only be returned back to the store.
Bring along receipt and the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest Decathlon store.

Refund
Once we have received the return item(s), we will process a full refund on the spot.

Refunds will be in the same payment mode. For card payments, please bring along the same card you purchased the item(s) with.

Exchange
Pick your desired item(s) for the exchange in the store, and proceed to the welcome desk to proceed with the exchange.

Take note that exchange is only applicable to items of the same value or more, customers are required to top up any price difference.
 

ONLINE ORDERS

For orders delivered via Singpost or Ninjavan, first return within 30 days from date of purchase is free! Simply follow the instructions below to obtain the return label.

Step 1: Indicate Return Online

1Login to Decathlon Account.
2Click on ‘My Account’.
3Click on ‘History and details of my order’.
4Select the relevant order.
5Tick item(s) you want to return.
6Select a reason for the return.
7Click ‘Make return’.

Step 2: Return the item(s)

a) Return by post (only valid for home delivery orders, not self collection)
Only refund is available for returns by post, not exchange.
Your return will be the same courier you selected during your purchase.

NinjaVan (timeslot)
1.Kindly contact us and we will generate the return slip for you. Kindly note that Ninja Van returns has to be collected at the delivery address by the courier at selected time slot.
2.Kindly provide us the date and timeslot you would like the courier to pick up the item. (The earliest date would be the day after we generate the return label) The timings are 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm.
3.Print out the label and paste it on the return parcel. Don't worry, you don't have to pay for any shipping fees!

SingPost
1. Once you have completed the online return process, a return label will be generated automatically.
2. Print out the label and you may return the parcel to any Post Office. Don't worry, you don't have to pay for any shipping fees!

b) Return in store
Refund and exchange is available for returns in stores.
Bring along invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest Decathlon store.

1. Refund: Once we have received the return item(s), we will process your refund back to the order’s mode of payment. (i.e. If paid via paypal, refund will be back to paypal account).
Please take note that refunds will take 14-20 working days to process.

2. Exchange: Pick your desired item(s) for the exchange in the store, and proceed to the welcome desk to proceed with the exchange.
Take note that exchange is only applicable to items of the same value or more, customers are required to top up any price difference.
