Will my previous purchase history be kept in the new membership login?
If you’re logging in with your existing Decathlon member email address:
Yes, your previous purchase history will be retained.
If you’re logging in with a phone number:
You will be asked to key in an email address when you log in for the first time. Please note that if you want to retain your previous purchase history, you have to use the existing email address that is tied to your Decathlon membership account. In the event that you provide a new email, a new Decathlon account will be created with us.
If you’re logging in with other platforms (eg. Facebook, Strava):
If these platforms are tied to a different email from your existing Decathlon account (eg. you have an account with Decathlon with the email “test.hotmail.com” but your email tied to the other platform is “firstname.lastname@example.org”), your purchase history will not be available and a new Decathlon account will be created with us with the email tied to the platform you are logging in with.
Are there any other platforms I can access my OTP instead?
You can access your OTP only via email or SMS. No other platform is available yet.

No you can use any preferred login option, as long as your email address is the same as the previous one used with Decathlon.
