EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Try it, buy it, you will love it, if not, we will return or exchange with a smile
- Products damaged, not properly maintained or which are not returned in resellable condition;
- Perishable goods, such as food and drink;
- Assembled or personalised items.

Non-Members are only entitled to return a Product that is deemed to be defective within the duration of the warranty period of the said product.
The Customer may return the Products he purchased on Decathlon Website:
- Either in Decathlon Stores in Singapore for a refund or an exchange;
- Or by contacting our Decathlon Customer Service which will help You with your enquiries.
Once received by Decathlon, the Product will be inspected and if the Product is in an unsuitable condition – as described above in Clause 5.1- Decathlon may refuse the exchange or the refund.
Provided that the Products are returned in the conditions described in Clause 5.1, refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after the reception of the Products returned based on the mode of payment You used to place the Order, inclusive of delivery charges (if applicable).
If You need to return the Products received because Decathlon has delivered the wrong Product or a Product has been mis-described on the Website and provided that the Product is returned with reasonable care having been taken, Decathlon will offer You a refund based on the mode of payment You used to place the Order, inclusive of delivery charges (if applicable) and any reasonable costs incurred by You in returning the Product to Decathlon.
The Customer can go to “Contact Us” section on the Website to exchange with Decathlon Customer Service for any question regarding its return.
