As a Decathlon Member, you are entitled to an Exchange or Refund of your Decathlon product with no time limitation, as long as the Decathlon Product is in a new and/or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.
We are unable to process a Refund or an Exchange for the following Decathlon Products:
- Products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose/unmaintained/not returned in a resellable condition;
- Products subject to normal wear and tear;
- Products that are perishables such as food/drinks;
- Products that have been personalised such as clothing/bags/etc; and
- If there is no proof of purchase.
+ Products purchased from any Decathlon store globally can be exchanged. If you wish to exchange the product for something of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference.
* If you wish to exchange your old product with a new one at any of our Click & Collect stores, it is recommended to purchase your new product online before heading to the store to collect/exchange it with your old product and get your refund.
+ Products purchased from any Decathlon store globally can be exchanged. If you wish to exchange the product for something of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference.

As a Decathlon Member, as long as you key in your member details each time you make a purchase (whether in the store or online), a copy of your receipt will be stored in your account and you will be able to access all purchases made which would mean NEVER having to keep any physical receipt from Decathlon!

For Non Bulky Items:
You may return the Decathlon product at any Decathlon store.
For Bulky Items:
Please contact our customer service team to arrange for a pick up. For bikes purchased in the store, you may return it to any experience store.
Once the Decathlon Product has been inspected and approved for a refund (based on its condition, etc.), your refund will be reflected within 5 to 10 working days for all initial credit card payments.
Bulky items (DEFINITION) - Bikes, Fitness machines, Table tennis tables and basketball systems.
For Non Bulky Items:
You may exchange the Decathlon product at any Decathlon store.
If you wish to exchange your old product with a new one at any of our Click & Collect stores, it is recommended to purchase your new product online before heading to the store to collect/exchange it with your old product and get your refund.

Bulky items (DEFINITION) - Bikes, Fitness machines, Table tennis tables and basketball systems.
As a Decathlon Member, you are entitled to get a refund on your Decathlon second life product as long as all product tags remain intact. Any second life product** can only be refunded at the reduced amount it was purchased at.
Please note that there will be no exchanges for second life products.
**Currently, sales of second life products are only available at Decathlon Singapore Lab.
Satisfying customers is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, there will be no time limitation on your refund and exchange policy, so long as you are a Decathlon Member.
However, in keeping with our green and sustainable standards, we would appreciate that you exercise this members' exclusive perk with utmost discretion!
All Decathlon Products that are brought in to be returned for an exchange or refund, will be inspected and if the Product is found to be in an unsuitable condition, Decathlon reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund of the Product.
If the returned Decathlon Product is deemed satisfactory, your refund will be processed on the day we received it, the actual monetary refund will take about 5-10 working days from the date of refund processed due to bank procedures.
