CYCLING SERVICES
The cycling repair & maintenances service is only available in all our Experience stores.

All services are based on appointments only. Booking can be made here.

SERVICES FROM
1. Tube change $5 per tube
2. Tyre change $5 per tyre
3. Minor tuning of bike gears $10 per gear
4. Brake tuning $5 per side
5. Child seat installation $10
6. Rear rack installation $10

7. Installation of basic accessories (Free with same day bike purchase)

  a) Bells
  b) Handlebar grip
  c) Lights
  d) Bottle cages
  e) Kickstands
  f) Pedals
 $5 per accessory
 
Prices are subjected to the service charge only. 
Additional charges may incur if there is a need for replacement of parts.
 
Please take note that Decathlon workshops will only accept bike repair services for the following bike brands, and technicians have the right to reject bikes that are not listed in this list below:

SAFETY SERVICES - Downtime 3 weekday

Checks and tuning done to ensure safety of the bike:
  a) Handlebar adjustment and tightening
  b) Tyre pressure adjustment
  c) Brake adjustment
  d) Tuning and lubrication of the transmission
  e) Saddle, seat post and pedal adjustment and tightening

DRIVETRAIN SERVICES - Downtime 3 weekdays
Removal of the drivetrain for degreasing and lubrication of the following parts:
 a) Chain
 b) Freewheel or cassette
 c) Front and rear derailleur
 d) Crankset
 e) Bottom bracket
 $60
OVERHAUL SERVICES - Downtime 5 weekdays
Removal of all parts from the bike for degreasing, lubrication and tuning excluding suspensions:
 a) Chain
 b) Freewheel or cassette
 c) Front and rear derailleur
 d) Crankset
 e) Bottom bracket
 f) Handlebar and stem
 g) Saddle, seatpost and pedal
 h) Wheel truing
 i) Bleeding of hydraulic brakes
 j) Cable change (Subjected to additional cost)
 k) Frame wipe down
 $120
 
Complimentary bicycle safety service (for bicycles purchased within 3 months) does not include delivery.
Bicycle need to be brought to store and via appointment-based booking.
1 Bicycle per appointment.

Roller & Scooter service is only available at the following Experience Stores :

g) Disc brake bleeding $15 per side
 
APPOINTMENT RULES:
1. Bookings can only be made a minimum of 2 hours before the desired appointment time, and a maximum of 7 days in advance
2. Bookings can only be cancelled if made with a minimum of 2 hours in advance

Racket Restringing Services are available in all our Experience Stores for all brands of

Tennis,Badminton & Squash rackets

Restringing service (1-6 days) $13 *
Restringing express service (within the day) $17 *
Regripping service $2 per grip *
 
All service prices do not include cost of strings or grips.
