It was actually very fast. But it may be good to update on whether a product is available or not online because I had my money refunded because it was not updated.

Collection of the product did not come with proper carrier.
Except for the grey package that the product was wrapped ...I was told further charge be needed to have the standard blue decathlon carrier regardless if iam a member or not.
A small matter but just didn’t round up a pleasant experience...instead some disappointment.

As part of our efforts towards sustainability, we have revised our shopping bag policy in October 2018 to encourage all our existing members to reuse their shopping bags when they shop with us! However, should you require a bag, it will be provided at SGD 1.

I placed order at 1720hours yesterday, based on the promise that delivery will be ready by 2 hours. However, I only received email notification to collect my order only at 2020 hours. (3 hours later.
This is my first order with Decathlon, and I hope the delivery promise for subsequent orders will be on time.

Item recived was in poor condition. Staff suggested to get a refund n reorder again! But that means another 2 hours wait. After making a trip down all the way. Did not except such poor product. Really disappointing.

Shopping online was truly fuss-free and easy. I managed to find the items I want relatively quickly and didn't struggle to add them into my shopping cart. I also liked the fact that I could be kept informed when an out-of-stock item is back in stock. Appreciate the effort put into the shopping site. Would be great if the free shipping could made applicable to purchasing above $40 instead of $60 though (just a thought).
