Should restrict customers from playing with balls at joo koon as it spoil the ball quality for buyers. Bouncing to test is ok but not hard playing. Had seen frequently 2 players playing with ball & bouncing really hard & staffs doing nothing.

I was attended by a female customer service officer this morning (17 March 2019) at around 1140am. I went to the Welcome desk and enquired if this was the place where i will be collecting my order. This female customer service officer (unfortunately i did not know her name) did not answered my question but asked me to show her my order. Her voice was one of boredom and there was no friendly smiles either. I was the only customer and she was not attending to anyone at that time. I saw my order, a foldable bicycle, at the side and i went to it after she asked me to sign on a board for all customers collecting their order. I must say i was rather shocked to see my name and address stuck on the bicycle seat. This means anyone can see who the bicycle is for and gotten my personal.particulars since my bicycle is in the open. I must say i will not be ordering online anymore after this bad experience. As the bicycle seat was rather dirty (concealed by the paper bearing my name and address) and the brakes were set too low, my wife asked the female customer service officer to rectify it. The female customer service officer did not bother to verify the problems but kept asking "what" in a unprofessional manner. I do not think it will take much from her to see what my concerns are so as to address them. Jason from the bicycle department obviously did not get the message from her as he thought we were doing an exchange. I had to explain to Jason this is a new bicycle and as it is a gift, i wanted to make sure it is presentable. Jason understood and cleaned up the dirty seat as well as adjusted the brakes. I am satisfied with his services. Back to the female customer officer, just before i left the store, i checked if there is anything else i needed to do. She replied "no" and that was it. As this is my first time doing the "click and collect", my expectations were sadly not met by this unprofessional female customer service officer.

friendly staff, collection was quick and easy, Price and product was great. though the stock can be a bit misleading, I thought there was no stock at all, but it was actually no stock in city square mall, but there is stock elsewhere

I'm a returned customer and find the online experience very convenient for those who had experience certain product and require to do repeated purchases especially when Decathlon have promotional event.
Following is something that I find Decathlon may need to look into: Brand: Aptonia Reference 8336327 Size 43/46 XL shows available stock in Joo Koon only. Unfortunately the "ADD TO CART" is inactive. I reckon this may be a programming issue due to the option between "Order and Collect in 2hr" or "Free delivery above $60 with time slot".
There's my 1 cent thought Decathlon. I'll be more that happy to buy more pairs of the above items online if you can consolidate your stock island wide before delivery...

The entire shopping experience with decathlon was wonderful - from the online selection of items, to the adding to cart, the payment up to the collection.

Don't even get me started on the wide range of products that was available on Decathlon. Though this was my first experience and it was an online purchase with a pickup, I am looking forward to visiting an actual decathlon store for a complete experience.

3 review for your serious consideration.
1) Novena Decathlon carry the goal keeper gloves but website indicate as "click & collect" centre
2) The apps return acknowledgement email with HI {FIRSTNAME}, without user name inside the braces, programming error need to rectify
3) The goal keeper gloves collected at Novena is of 2 different size. Left hand glove size 8 & right hand glove size 10. Please be careful in packing items in future. End up I have to repurchase a new pair at Novena branch & request for online refund for the error Decathlon had made.
