A very easy-to-use watch with stopwatch to time your workout. Did you know? In order to stay healthy, the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends adults (18 to 64 years old) to do at least 150 minutes of medium intensity endurance workout in a week. Endurance activities must be done in periods of at least 10 minutes. This amounts to doing 30 minutes of exercise per day, 5 days per week.
