The Soft 300 knee support can be used as a preventative measure by applying the compression that you need to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo).
Proprioception is the ability to know where the different parts of your body are in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance and the more controlled your movements. It also helps prevent the risk of injury.
Measure around your leg, 8 cm above your kneecap. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart: Size 1: 36 - 39 cm Size 2: 39 - 43 cm Size 3: 43 - 47 cm Size 4: 47 - 51 cm
