    Technical Information
      • The choice of weight depends on your level and muscles you want to work. The right weight is what corresponds to your level. You should be able to complete your reps but be tired at the end. The lower body muscles (thighs, glutes, etc.) are larger than your upper body (shoulders, biceps, etc.) This means you should choose heavier weights for doing squats or lunges (2 kg and up) and use half that weight for smaller upper body muscles (1 kg)
      • Don't know which exercise to start with, or how to get your posture right? Check out our domyos.com website or the "User Guide" section below. Our design team and qualified sports coaches have developed a coaching service to guide you. There are a dozen free videos with exercises you can do with these dumbbells as well as a downloadable poster with the user guide.
      • It is important to always start with a full-body warm-up using light weights to get your muscles ready to exercise and prevent injury. Beginners should start with light weights (1 kg) until they learn the right technique. Once you have the basics down, you can gradually increase the weight (by 500 g) every other workout.
      • Vary your training for better results Work on your range of motion, change up the weight load and your speed!
