      • The weight depends on the exercises being done. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges (from 1.5kg).
      • Don't know which exercise to start with, or how to get your posture right? Take a look at the Domyos website. Our design team and qualified sports coaches have developed a coaching service to guide you. There are a dozen free videos with exercises you can do with your sand disc.
      • During dynamic exercises, use wrist and ankle weights. With these practical, flexible weights, you can do hip extensions without worrying about the weight as it's already on your ankle. For so-called static exercises, the sand discs are recommended. They aim to intensify exercises such as planks. Their texture and shape help you use them safely.
      • Challenge yourself to hold your plank for 20 seconds more with this sand disc!
