For beginner climbers, we recommend choosing a shoe the same size as your normal size. For intermediate climbers, we recommend choosing a shoe 1 to 2 sizes smaller than your normal size. For advanced climbers, we recommend choosing a shoe 2 to 3 sizes smaller than your normal size. Choose tight shoe for optimum precision.
