Tone your muscles gently during your Aquafitness sessions and make the most of the benefits of the water. Aquafitness gloves increase the surface area of your hands in the water and create extra resistance to strengthen your upper body, including: your arms, back and shoulders.
Slip on your AquaFitness gloves with the Nabaiji marking on the back of your hands. It is recommended to use these gloves with your shoulders immersed in the water to produce a massaging effect and to firm up your whole upper body.
