Through observations made on football pitches, we created the CLR MiD socks to combine comfort with technical features. Designed in collaboration with expert players, they are composed of a thin, lightweight blend of cotton and polyamide, limiting the occurrence of odours. They are reinforced at the toes, ankle bones and shin with a kevlar thread that reduces the impact of the ball while dribbling and running on the pitch.

After extensive research, and in collaboration with a podiatrist specialising in professional sports, each technical component has been designed and analysed to meet the needs of the most demanding players We have developed a special thin cotton for the toes, ball of the foot and heel. We created an anti-friction zone at the Achilles tendon. We have placed ultra-thin grippy pads under the foot to effectively reduce rubbing

MiD refers to the shorter length of these socks compared to classic football socks that come all the way up to the knees. The CLR MiD football socks come up to the calf. They can be worn alone for training, or layered with a high footless sock for matches (sold separately).
