WHAT IS ORGANIC COTTON?
We began using organic cotton in 2006, a restricted market that currently represents just 0.4% of worldwide cotton production. The cotton is grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides. This helps to preserve biodiversity and soil fertility and reduces the risk of groundwater pollution.
WHAT IS RECYCLED POLYESTER?
We take care of our planet to preserve nature and contribute to the pleasure of hiking. That is why we have chosen to use polyester thread made entirely from recycled polyester fibre and limit our CO2 impact in this way.
A score for comparing products' environmental impact
On a scale of A to E, this product scores an A. The environmental impacts of our products are calculated over their entire life cycle. A score is given to each product so that you can easily identify the more eco-friendly products within a particular family (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.).
Discover the language of the Quechua people
Some of our T-shirts bear words taken from the language of the Quechua people, a Peruvian population from the Andes mountain range. Discover their meaning below. - Achiy: enjoy - Ananaw: beautiful - Inti: sun - Puriy: go, walk, travel - Ryi: go, walk, travel - Sallqa pacha: nature - Samay: breathe, get some fresh air, take a break
Our hiking T-shirts are guaranteed for 2 years. Our commitment? To offer you long-lasting products that you can use on all your country hikes and walks. Because the products we love the most are those that have a story behind them and plenty of life in them yet!
Store this T-shirt folded in a dry place.
Our design team conceives, designs and creates Quechua products in France, at the foot of Mont Blanc. We test them in the field with other hikers to check their comfort and durability. In the Fontainebleau Forest, Brittany or even Corsica for example. We go on as many trails as possible, in all weather conditions. This creates plenty of opportunities for discussion to get your feedback which is used to plan our future products!
