Why use a bar?
All too often, mobility is overlooked in sports training. Yet poor mobility can really hinder our movements. Good mobility, however, gives us the range of movement and accuracy we need to avoid injury. You can rest on this bar to stop yourself falling over, use it to help maintain good technique by keeping your back straight when doing squats, or practise getting movements on your left and right symmetrical
What workouts can you do with your bar?
Don't know which exercise to start with, or how to get your posture right? Take a look at the Domyos website. Our design team and qualified sports coaches have developed a coaching service to guide you. The website contains a dozen free videos showing exercises you can do with this accessory.

HOW TO STRETCH Stretch slowly and gently, focusing on the muscle you want to release. Hold the position for 30 seconds as you breathe deeply and stretch your muscle without sudden movements. WHY STRETCH? Stretching every day is essential. By making your muscles more supple, it will make them more efficient and reduce pain and the risk of injury. HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU STRETCH? Every day for 5 to 10 minutes to stay supple
