With both hands on the handlebars, you can more easily get through challenging areas. And don't forget to wear a helmet and long gloves for safety. To prevent scratching your legs, cropped tights are a good compromise. One last accessory can come in handy: puncture repair spray."

How to improve your comfort in the saddle
For improved comfort, we recommend: 1/ Investing in cropped bottoms or shorts with a built-in pad to avoid irritation and chafing. 2/ Take care to choose a saddle suitable for women's bodies.
