The repeat countdown function is used for: - setting time objectives and stopping when the time has elapsed - carrying out simple interval training where the countdown times involved are all the same, e.g. 30 seconds of acceleration followed by 30 seconds of rest followed by 30 seconds of acceleration, etc. The REPEAT function can be deactivated.
Measure your time between points of reference such as laps or km with the split-timer function. Track your regularity or progress over a set distance.
