Our design teams developed these running socks to protect your feet from blisters when you are out running. Why are there 5 toes? Finely knitted with anti-fiction thread, these running socks protect your toes to prevent them from irritating each other during your running outings.
the five toes of the foot are kept apart by a very fine anti-friction thread that reduces irritation when they rub against each other.
anti-friction yarn zoning
with the DECATHLON Sportslab (our R&D department), we have superimposed the map of perspiration rates during physical exercise with that of potential blistering when running in order to put the anti-friction yarn in the right areas. on this model, it starts at the heel, goes through the midfoot arch and finishes on each toe with the aim of reducing chafing.

Widely used by Japanese marathon runners, these socks were tested and approved by every type of runner (trail, running, orienteering, jogging, etc.). One of them, who is prone to blistering between his toes, completed the Tour of the Mont-Blanc without a single irritation!
