The deck is made of 6061 T6 anodised aluminium with internal reinforcements for greater stiffness.

The Y-Bar on this freestyle scooter has a specific design with a BACK SWEEP (the bar is curved backward) and an UP SWEEP (the bar is curved upward) for greater comfort.

The fork on this freestyle scooter is special, because it is made of forged aluminium: the aluminium has been stamped several times to make it more dense and more durable.
The fork is compatible with wheels up to 120 mm.
To relieve the pressure on the bearings, the struts are built into the fork.
This MF540 freestyle scooter is assembled with an IHC compression system. It is very easy to adjust and helps to reduce play.
This system should be tightened as soon as you notice any play in the headset. Simply take the bar off by unscrewing the collar clamp, then tighten the self-locking screw.
The wheels measure 120 mm, with an aluminium body and 88A "high rebound" PU rubber. Supplied with long-lasting ABEC7 (608Z ABEC-7 NMB) bearings. This wheel size is more stable and faster for freestyle scootering.
We designed a NYLON brake for this scooter. It is a FLEX BRAKE with an anti-vibration system. It is designed to return to its original shape after each push. The main difference compared to a spring brake is that it limits vibrations. This system also stops the rubber on the wheels from wearing out so quickly.
This freestyle scooter has two aluminium pegs with two different lengths: one for the front (the longer one) and the other for the rear (the shorter one). The diameter of each PEG is 36mm. This makes grinds more stable and therefore easier to learn.
