The DST lets you work all muscle groups with bodyweight and functional exercises: arms, legs, back, core, etc. Depending on your fitness level and goals, you can use it to make exercises easier by supporting your body weight, or harder by adding instability work. You can use it indoors and outdoors and carry it easily with its own bag
New features on the DST Suspension Trainer
With the new adjustable strap, save time and increase your balance: you can adjust the length of both handles at the same time so they stay symmetrical. You can hang your DST on a bar or tree branch using the strap, or on a door frame using the red anchor. This basic and easy-to-use strap was also designed with 67% less CO2 emissions!
About this emblematic strength training product:
Originally, suspension trainers were used by paratroopers when training on military bases. More people later began using them to do functional bodyweight and strength training exercises. To see how the DST performed under real conditions, we not only used them at the Domyos Club but also put them to the test at police and fire stations!

In addition to the booklet of exercises that comes with your DST 100, Domyos.com has exercise videos filmed and narrated by coaches from our Domyos Club fitness centres. Our Decathlon coach app, available in English and French, also has 6 different programmes for using your DST: upper body, lower body or full-body workouts of 12 to 30 minutes - it's up to you!
To prevent any unpleasant surprises, your Suspension Trainer comes with a small sign to place on the other side of the door. That way, no one will open the door while you're in the middle of an exercise! To make sure you stay safe while training, we suggest reading the user guide.
About this simple and practical accessory:
The DST weighs 1 kg and can be adjusted from 60 cm to 170 cm in length. The grips are 13.5 cm long with a 3.2 cm diameter. The kit includes the Suspension Trainer, a mesh carry bag and a user guide with 15 basic exercises.
