What is the right size and thickness for your mat?
The more you exercise, the more you need a comfortable mat 1. Thickness If you're doing a gentle activity (such as Pilates) and are barefoot and exercising on the ground: choose a mat that is at least 10 mm thick, with a soft texture to cushion you from the ground
2. Length For Pilates, your mat should ideally be as long or longer than your height.

YOGA OR PILATES MAT?
For Pilates, you need to be comfortable and isolated from the floor. For yoga however, while you still need a thick mat, the most important thing is grip. This is why we recommend choosing a mat that is suited to the kind of exercise you do.
Our advice: My recipe for disinfecting and scenting your mat after each session is 300 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and 5 drops of lavender essential oil.
